Support targeted for struggling businesses
The Government issued a decree last week on a support package worth VND29 trillion (US$1.38 billion) to help enterprises revitalise production. A number of measures including deferment of value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax cuts, along with land-use fee and business licence tax exemptions, will be applied to certain enterprises. Poorly maintained high-rises a fire risk

Air pollution threatens national health
